Shipping & Returns
When will my order ship?
Orders placed by 1pm CST Monday through Friday will ship out the same day. Orders placed after 1pm CST Monday through Friday will ship out the next business day.
How do I track my order?
Tracking numbers will be sent via email. If you have any questions about the status of your order, simply email help@visitor.fyi and we’ll get you sorted.
What if my package never arrives?
Email us at help@visitor.fyi. We’ll do our best to work with the carrier to resolve, though please note our shipping policy below:
To get Visitor to you as fast as possible, we release all shipments without signature requirements and cannot be held responsible for shipping errors. You can help make sure nothing goes wrong with your delivery by:
- Ensuring your address can accept deliveries; no PO boxes, no Army Post Office (APO) and no Fleet Post Office (FPO)
- Checking your confirmation email to make sure there are no typos in your address details and that your unit # is included (for larger apartment buildings)
- Follow your tracking link closely to monitor for errors or alerts; if your building is locked to outsiders (no lobby, mailroom, etc.) then to be extra safe we recommend calling the carrier with your tracking details and requesting a specific service (i.e. "leave the package on the front stoop, please").
Where do you ship?
At this time, we only ship to the continental US. We don’t offer shipping to Alaska or Hawaii but we hope to do so in the future.
What if my order arrives damaged?
That’s a huge bummer. Please take pictures immediately and send them to help@visitor.fyi along with your order number. If you received Visitor as a gift and there is an issue with breakage, we can either replace your order or refund the cardholder of record.
